I think I speak for many, I ate entirely too much yesterday. Dinner was fab and the wine was great. My favorite thing was the 2007 Benton Lane pinot noir from Oregon. It has a nice berry profile that isn’t overwhelming.
We are going out for lunch to our favorite burger joint (though I’ll stick with fries). I may order pizza for dinner. We’ll tackle the leftovers tomorrow.
Anyone out shopping? If so, go by the Fair Trade market @The Manchester United Methodist Church; holiday shop and feel good about yourself.
